• PADI Night Diver Specialty Course

This specialty course is an introduction to night diving in order to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, dangers and the fun of diving at night. The course is designed to be a safe, guided introduction to night diving. The focus should be on fun and safety during training

Many fish in our domestic waters are nocturnal. So why not come to the dive site after dark to get to know this fascinating world better?
With the appropriate training and equipment, nothing stands in the way of this.

•  Course contents:

The night diving specialty course must include 3 open water training dives at night, which are recommended to be conducted over two nights.
By the end of the course you will have learned the following:
– Planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and dangers of night diving.
– Correct procedures for buoyancy control, navigation and communication.
– Use of lamps and techniques from the buddy system.
– Disorientation procedures and emergency procedures.
– Orientation about nocturnal creatures in the water.

• Course Requirements:

• Certification: Open Water Diver
• Minimum age: 12 years
• sufficient swimming skills
• good physical condition
